• Print the PDF and tape it inside a kitchen or utility cabinet.
• Set a calendar reminder (quarterly) to run the checks.

• Silent-leak test: make sure no fixtures run; watch the meter for movement.
• Toilet dye test: 5 drops in tank; color in bowl within 10 minutes = new flapper.
• Inspect supply lines & stops under sinks and toilets; replace bulged rubber with braided stainless.
• Exercise shutoffs (don’t force stuck valves).
• Water pressure: check with a hose-bib gauge; target 50–70 psi. High? We’ll inspect the PRV.

• Summer: verify water heater at 120°F; audit irrigation for wet spots.
• Fall: disconnect hoses; insulate exposed pipes; test CO/smoke near gas appliances.
